I had an excellent experience here, everything was very good, the location was amazing just off Nishiki Market, Kamo River, local attractions and a train station and bus stops nearby. The buffet breakfast was with many options, loved it.

I loved every detail here, including staff and location, that were beautiful. It was nice having a fridge, a personal safe and an electronic key card. Nice interior, good restaurant. Moreover, parking was nearby.

Magnificent location, spotless venue, welcoming staff. My family room and all facilities were incredible! The atmosphere created here was family. Bottled drinks at rooftop bar, good service. The place was next to the heart of Kyoto.

simple location, fantastic breakfast selection, responsible staff. we enjoyed the twin room as it was fine. near bars and restaurants and an underground station available near the hotel. also, nishiki-tenmangu shrine was situated on the doorstep.

above average breakfast, outstanding service. incredible view, a lovely balcony, amazing bed, too. there's sushi tetsu pontocho located next to the hotel, i recommend to try food there.

The bed was soft and the restaurant was stunning and had lots of food. Very tasty food. Their service was EXCEPTIONAL too. Shopping centers and a market were right next door.
